This is Whitney, Sandy’s daughter, and Mark, posting for her.
Late Monday night, Mom had a gall bladder attack in Ohio while Pat, Sharon, and her were on a short get-a-way. She was admitted to a local hospital where the doctors determined that she was having trouble with her gall bladder. The next morning, they came straight to Parkview North Emergency room. The doctors here determined that they needed to remove the gall bladder and the surgery started around 5:30 pm that night.
The surgery went well but she is still in a lot of pain and still in the hospital as of Thursday night. We are praying that this was the cause of all of the pain she has been in for the last year or so. This could turn out to be a blessing.
Please continue to pray for her healing and ability to deal with the intense pain. We thank you for all of the visits that we have gotten already and all of the prayers lifted up to the ultimate healer.
Thanks for the update! We have been praying extra hard to you all week. So glad to hear you are close to coming home as I am sure the girls and Mark are as well. Love you guys!
