Keep My Light Burning

For our friends and family

This has been a good week! I had Herceptin treatment and saw Dr. Aggarwal this week. She’s decided to hold off on any more tests for now, so we can have a chance to see if some medication changes are helping me. I am taking a new pain reliever and the medicine for my acid reflux. I feel better, but I think I’m still feeling pain in my abdomen. We need some more time with this new regiman to see what happens.

I actually feel very good, and I’m keeping really busy with kids’ activities, work, my school work, and home life. Yesterday, I was able to spend the day with Mark at the hardware store, and we had a lot of fun! I’m not much help when it comes to hardware, but I love working with him.

Pray for the presentation I’ll be giving on Monday night at our church to a ladies’ banquet. I’ve got it prepared, but I’m still praying that God will guide my thoughts and words. I’ll be speaking to about 170 women from my church and community, and this is intimidating to me.

Enjoy our last few days of warm and sunny weather!

Sandy

Let God lead…you will be great! May He provide you peace, comfort, confidence and compassion for those that need to hear. There’s no doubt you have been place in that position because someone in the 170 needs to hear God’s message in a real person standing before them.

I wish so much I could be there. Stand tall and lean on Him.
